Disciplinary Actions Against  Firms.

Under the provisions of the development Professional Act the Board is obliged to keep a Register of Disciplinary Actions. Please contact the Board on registrar@qatariunionarch.orgif you wish to report a company on misconduct or bridge in contracts. 
The List of Disciplinary Actions below is published in accordance with the Board’s policy that:
Where a firm/individual  is found guilty of unsatisfactory professional conduct the decision will be published in the consumers section of the Board’s website for a period of 2 years unless otherwise determined.  Where a firm/individual is found guilty of professional misconduct the decision will be published in the vistors section of the Board’s website for a period of 5 years unless otherwise determined.
Feel free to report any misconduct to enable this honorable board take immediate actions.
